Influenced by my own journey with mental health and the power of movement, I strive to give my students the knowledge to align their body and mind. I encourage them to move with intention, with a focus on breathwork, deepening their poses and getting the most out of their physical practice.
The discipline of ballet and an array of other dance classes growing up solidified my love of movement, but Was naturally replaced with yoga after my first class at 16. Exercise & health has always played a pivotal role in my life, but It was only until my late twenties That I realised the magic of yoga, not just for flexibility and strength, but for a sense of calm and clarity in the mind.
In May 2020 i completed mY 200 hour yoga teacher training, and have created a community within my personal classes & online prescence.
I put my heart and soul into fun and dynamic sequencing, listening to the needs of my students. I encourage fresh challenges and a chance to feel a shift from the very firsT classes.
