Who can join the yoga retreat?
Our retreat is open to anyone, regardless of their yoga experience. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi, all levels are welcome. Our instructors will guide you based on your experience and comfort.
Do I need prior yoga experience to join the retreat?
No prior experience is necessary! Our retreat is designed to accommodate all levels. Our instructors will tailor the sessions to fit your skill level, making sure everyone feels supported and engaged.
What should I bring to the retreat?
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing for yoga, a yoga mat (if you have one), water, and any personal items you may need during your stay. We provide yoga props such as blocks and straps, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
Do I need to inform you about any injuries or physical limitations?
Yes, it's very important! Please let us know in advance if you have any injuries or physical conditions that may affect your practice. This will allow our instructors to adapt the poses and ensure a safe and comfortable experience for you.
What type of yoga will be practiced during the retreat?
We offer a variety of yoga styles, including YIN, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga. Our instructors will design classes based on the needs and energy of the group, ensuring a balanced experience of both dynamic and calming practices.
Will there be other activities included?
Yes, our retreat includes optional activities, such as lesrning experiences with the food sessions, special restorative classes as well as opportunities for mindfulness practices like nature walks, sauna sessions (some retreats) and relaxation. We aim to provide a holistic experience that nurtures both body and mind. Some retreats also offer the chance to book a massage or explore the area, such as boat trips in Greece!
Can I skip any of the yoga sessions?
Absolutely! While we encourage full participation to get the most out of the retreat, your experience is entirely personal. If you need to rest or take time for yourself, feel free to do so.
Are meals provided, and do you cater to dietary restrictions?
Yes, SOME/all (DEPENDING on retreat) meals are included and prepared with fresh, healthy ingredients. We offer vegetarian options and can accommodate most dietary restrictions if informed in advance. Please let us know of any specific needs when you book.
Is there a refund policy if I need to cancel?
Yes, we have a flexible cancellation policy. Our deposits are non refundable, however if we are able to fill the spot this may be waivered/ If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Are transfers included?
On most retreats, we do not privide transport/transfers. However, please do message me with any questions and we can help where we can!
What accommodations are available?
Our retreat offers comfortable accommodations in shared or private rooms. All rooms are equipped with basic amenities to ensure a peaceful and relaxing stay. If you have specific preferences, please let us know when booking.
