Hi! I’m Raina — your chef for the weekend. I’m just a girl who found her way around the kitchen, all thanks to my grandma— Shanti. Her name, when chanted three times means peace in mind, body, and soul. That’s the vibe I want you to feel when you eat my food — no stress, no worries. I focus on seasonal, wholesome, and nutrient-dense ingredients to create meals that compliment a holistic lifestyle. Food has always been about more than just eating for me. It's the idea behind it that I truly love - how it brings people together, creates experiences and memories, and nourishes us to be the best versions of ourselves every day. Food is love. And I'm grateful for every meal and memory shared. I can’t wait to make some memories with you :)

Dinner 1: mezze & mingle, welcome dinner

  1. Babaganoush, Hummus, Muhammara, Green Goddess Tahini

  2. Rainbow beet carpaccio

  3. Butter beans, truffle, Aleppo

  4. Seasonal crudités, sourdough varieties

  5. Shirazi salad, winter fattoush salad

  6. Roasted pumpkin, salsa verde

  7. Mujadara (lentils, rice, caramelized onion)

    Breakfast 1:

  1. Vegan carrot muffins

  2. Rose-cardamom pistachio chia pots

  3. Ayurvedic (Vata) juice

  4. Avocado/herby tahini sourdough toast

  5. Raw beets & micro greens salad

  6. Truffled mushrooms

Lunch:

  1. Warm seasonal grain bowls

  2. Ayurvedic lentil soup

  3. Garlic sourdough toasts

Tea Time:

  1. Masala chai

  2. Ayurvedic golden milk

  3. Vegan date cake

Activity: Ayurvedic spices 101

Dinner 2 (option 1):

  1. Kentucky fried enoki mushrooms& vegan chipotle aioli

  2. Hearty seasonal bean chili (homemade vegan sour cream)

  3. Avocado smash kale salad

  4. Vegan corn bread

Activity: Picantés at home (low-ABV and mocktail)

Dinner 2 (option 2):

  1. Vegan Dumplings - Brussels sprouts pan fried

  2. Vegan Dumplings - squash in creamy sesame broth

  3. Homemade bao buns with sticky Kentucky fried enoki mushrooms

  4. Miso soup

  5. Seasonal sautéed veg

  6. Ginger-sesame greens salad

Activity: Dumpling making (to start around 3pm)

Breakfast 2:

  1. vegan chickpea “shakshuka”

  2. Potato rosti

  3. Cabbage salad

  4. Maple/tahini coconut chia pots
